I have been in the facility twice. The food service at 455. Florin road is very bad. If you press the call button it takes quite a while for them to respond. Cleaness is also very bad. After the patient needs they leave the empty package some on the floor.i hope the authorities should inspect this facility more frequently.

It was an upgraded Taco Bell it claimes best Mexican Restaurant in Sacramento? It more lije,a strip mall place mostly to go, they only use pulled beef it's a bit dry, rice restless dry, beans well dry, so it assume to bell 20 years ago when enchiladas, taco, csn a rice was basic cheese 3 mix not horrible but not even 3 stars if 5. Try 3 sisters, so many others, yes you will pay double but if you want goid Mexican save 2 bucks go to taco bell this wasn't all that by the best of imagination. Sorry but Sacramento has done issue with what they consider even 3 stars, weird.

Poor care. I think it's very sad to send family member there, pay money and less care is given to her. What a shame. I will not recommend this place to anyone
