Erica Bishop along with her entire team are ABOVE AND BEYOND AMAZING!!!! I have been w them since September of 2023. Multiple times my auto payment would be declined due to fraudulent activity, and or I simply did not have the money in my account. Each and every time this happened I recieved a personal text for one of the team letting me know and asking what they could do to help. I would text back letting them know the date to put it back through again. NEVER have the text been awkward or made me feel like a failure. This is NOT a requirement or policy of all State Farm Ins Companies. But Erica knows that life isn't always predictable and cares deeply about her people she is representing and providing service to. I highly recommend Erica Bishop and her entire team for all of your insurance needs!!!!

Erika Bishops office in Cloverdale is extremely friendly and efficient. Had a call with Kyle today to add a driver and a new car. Kyle was very personable, professional and helped us with everything we needed. Super quick too!

What a great office to work .with. Kyle has been so helpful, and diligent in helping me with my car insurance. A mistake accured on my DMV record. 1 accident got reported twice, rates went up after many attempts he managed to resolve the error and I got a refund. Glad they are here in Cloverdale

I like the human element when dealing with my bank, automotive needs as well insurance. The staff is friendly and willing to discuss questions I have.
