Hello my name is Danielle. When I had went into Echos Iast year I was lost, hungry, homeless, and with 2 kids and a baby. I was able to get assistance with a food card not knowing that they would be able to help me in my situation. Marisela was so understanding and kind enough to make me an appointment with Mrs. Yesenia Juarez. Once I had my appointment, I had hope once again to regain everything that I had lost. The hardest part was the waiting process. Meanwhile, while I waited, Echos continued to help me and my family. I had to create a plan and set goals along the way. I had to put forth the foot work in order to get out of the hole that I was in. With Echos, it came lot easier versus doing it on my own. Now, my kids and I are in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment and we have a stable place to call our home. I give thanks to this organization, Echos, for their help, concern, and for the love that they have in the work that they do. If it weren't for them, I have no clue where my kids and I would've ended up. My kids and I will forever be grateful. It doesn't end there, they still play an active role in our lives.

I volunteered today it was a wonderful feeling being back on the property again , I miss being here but the time they're open I'm actually working 😞 😕 thanks so much my ECHOS family being so nice pleasant that make my day and the whole month of May thanks again too everyone.

My name is Ngoc Huynh and the past year have been traumatic and life changing for me and my 2 adopted kids. We were victims of a fire that destroyed everything we had, except for the clothes on our backs. By divine intervention and the good grace of Echos Houston and Ms. Arely , I am able to stand up and get back on my feet . Tragedies make us stronger , but it also brings hope and a chance to meet people who are kind and caring throughout your recovery . This place is AWESOME !!!!
Arely went up and beyond for my family and I. She helped us with utilities as well as rent if i could give 10 stars i would !! I definitely recommend going here if you ever need help they are top line .

I've came here 3 times yes at first they are rude, and the reason it's because some women do not take care of their kids and one time this kid chocked and the mother was in the phone and not paying any attention to her kids. So yes those are reasons why they get mad at some of us and it's not ok just because one person doesn't pay any attention to their kids. In the end I did get some assistance for my kids and thank you for yalls time

Recommend this place when you're in need.. Lovely staff, ALL were smiling and and being so nice.. Loved it !! I had questions about ESL, about Medicaid, and about the Gold Card and the lady answered everything and made me feel so welcomed ^_^ All places should be like it is here.. Plus everything is neat.. Small place but with a lot of help...
