My reservation was at 10am, but didn't get it until 12pm. They wouldn't pick me up because I didn't have a 12pm ride. Then, after I walked down there, they wouldn't rent a vehicle because they said they didn't take debit cards. Which you can see in picture is not true

I made a reservation and had a pickup time of 5:00. The problem is that they close at 5:00. Road construction slowed us down, and when we got there, they were closed. I attempted to call and there was no answer.
Why would you accept a reservation with a pick-up time literally when you close? A very poor policy resulting in frustration for the customer.
FOLLOW UP: The staff did their best rectify the situation by giving me some free upgrades, which was appreciated. The online reservation system is at fault here, not the staff at this location.

We rented a high top van to move furniture. Very happy with the customer service and vehicle. We reserved it 2-3 weeks in advance. The staff was accomodative and friendly. The van was very clean, functioned exactly as needed, had good fuel economy, and most importantly ... was ready when promised. Very good experience. Will use Enterprise Truck Rental again.

Had to rent a cargo van unexpectedly to move furniture and got one with a days notice. Process to reserve was so easy and staff at Wixom location were so accommodating. The van was in excellent condition and I felt safe driving such a large vehicle due to how well it was maintained.

Rented a ram 2500 for the weekend. An hour into the drive and the bed liner was lifting out of the bed. Hubby 'tucked' it back in but it only lasted another 5 miles. Luckily we had a heavy bag of tools he put on it to keep it down. We had to put a tie strap over the part that kept coming up on the way home. (We went up north to put in the boat and lift. )

These guys in Wixom location are some of the best hands down! I deal with Billy the manager and he is a stand up guy with great customer service. He has attended to my needs every time I have been there. I highly recommend them if your needing to rent a Truck/Van.
These guys will always be my first choice!

Reserved a truck a week in advance. I got a call two days prior to tell me that they weren't sure they'd have one available. I called them back the day before the rental and they still didn't know and wouldn't know until the morning of my rental. I had people and plans in place depending on this rental. Only giving 2 stars because the folks on the phone at the location were polite and apologetic, but their website shouldn't allow rentals that won't be available.
