I have had this bank for several years. I don't know what other people's branch are at. But the Chula Vista Branch lacks customer service. I'm not referring to one transaction. It's years of bad service. Branch manager can't solve ar direct to correct person to solve any kind of issues.

You can see the 5 star reviews are from people that only have one or two reviews. Maybe friends of employees or employees.
