A nice place, but "hanging out" after meals is discouraged. A male who wears a wig uses the ladies room, which I find objectionable. One day I collapsed in front of the door and every senior and staff walked by without offering aide. They allow insurance sales persons to be there without making clear they are not there to help, but to sell insurance. A korean healthcare salesperson was there and refused to translate for an 85 year old korean who had just been mugged.

Great place to volunteer with. City Meals on Wheels routes are clearly labeled, if I have questions they always answer the phone. They make it very easy for people to come back and volunteer with them.

This an absolute amazing organization. They offer case management, meals on wheels, senior center for the elderly and they offer to help take seniors to appointments. Definitely a great program!

BAD, HORRIBLE, UNRELIABLE, And just plain rude customer service , DIRECTOR Bonnie is a disrespectful person with a nasty attitude.
