Outstanding customer service. The receptionist stayed later to work with me. I couldn't have been helped any better. No names, but it starts with a V. Treated like fam.

Everybody I spoke with was surprisingly helpful, uncommonly understanding, and, above all, very nice at this location. The same can't for the Ellenwood location. At some point I called, and a young man had the nerve to hang up on me after becoming short tempered with me as I was attempting to explain my needs. That being said, all employees inside that I spoke with were much more pleasant and helpful. Including that I should file a report, which I would like to do soon...

You will wait for hours just for them to tell you that they can’t do anything because they have no case workers in their office. Pointless office. the only benefit I see is for anyone that’s homeless or the elderly that can’t fill out an online application. There needs to be more help since the benefits phone system hangs up on you no matter what time you call and always say their call volume is too high. Highly upset I wasted my whole morning just for them to tell me to call the same phone number I’ve been calling this whole time and keep getting hung up on!!!

You can't even wait on hold it says they're too busy to have anyone come to answer but doesn't give me the option to even wait on hold I'm willing to wait an hour but hanging up the phone call and not letting me even wait on hold and telling me to call back at another time is not fair and the fact that there is no way to wait on hold for an actual representative is not okay in the first place but not even giving me the option I don't understand when I call back it's still going to be busy that doesn't make any sense. Just give me a number to wait in line or let me leave a call back number but don't just forcibly make me have to hang up so that I can't wait for the next available person that's my choice. Or allow us to leave our phone number that we will answer and have someone call us back at the earliest convenience and call people back in the order that they called simple as that but expecting someone to be able to call back at another time which they don't know is going to be busy or not It's not okay you don't get to determine whether or not I'm willing to wait for the next person you also don't determine how long that wait's going to be so how am I supposed to know when to call back if I don't know how long it's going to be how many people are in front of me none of that which I would get from at least waiting. They must be understaffed to the point they even answer phone calls and don't have enough case workers as well since they didn't even assign me a case worker but still sent out this fake paperwork because MCSC CF May RC Only is not a human being so how are they assigned as my case worker and the phone number listed is the same number as the building which they can't even answer who am I supposed to contact about my case this is ridiculous because a lot of people depend on these services to eat food or survive and they can't even assign people to cases or answer the phones they need to post some hiring signs because I already know how many people are struggling to find work if they really need just someone to answer some phone calls.

I wish you could receive phone calls from a teller. And why don't they have workers at this office? It's really difficult trying to get a hold of somebody on the phone. Especially a real live person. That is difficult as EDD though.
