Jessica at the Tucson office is absolutely amazing. She puts in so much effort to go above and beyond expectations to help anyone interested in either providing services or receiving services. I have never met a more hard working person than her. The trainings at Elite are very informative and understandable. Elite also a spectacular Vocational Rehab department that helps with finding individuals with special needs extra assistance with job training, tutoring, etc. If you’re looking for a care giving agency who really gives you attention and takes their time to help you learn and grow, this is the place for you.

I love the Elite Tucson office. I know they go above and beyond to help me with whatever issues that I might have. Jessica and Shazeria have always made me feel welcome and love every time I came in. They are by far the best caregiving agency here in Tucson and no other one can compare 10/10 will recommend. The trainer Emmanuel Is the best trainer they have so far, all of his training are fun and the most comfortable environment I have ever been in. Adilene is a great person as well!! She works for the vocational rehabilitation department and even thou I don’t talk to her often, she is always so kinds and sweet every time when I speak with her!!!

If I could give this "company" a ZERO I would!
They are unreliable for staff, and communication.
I have been trying to get my daughter services for WEEKS now, and I have yet to get any updates/status of a provider, not to mention i gave them the provider. I was told the hiring process would take no more than a week, and this is going on week 4 without care for my daughter. They don't respond to phone calls/messages. I understand due to issues that come along with covid they are short staffed, but they should have backup staff to cover due to illness.

Terrible place the employers let there clients down even when staff has reported to them thr unsafe conditions in which they live they do nothing to help them. They don't want pay but once a month for what they have us doing wrkn with bed bugs. Worst company ever dnt wrk here!!! Dont send ur clients here!!!
