Bottom level staff are caring, empathic, and wonderful people; however, when major problems arise, the administrative branch is hyper-focused on money over the client's needs. There are people in this program who should have been discharged months ago and have not been receiving services. I don't know why I'm bothering with a review, the administrative branch is just going to complain and get it taken down again, anyway. That's how they keep flying under the radar. They would rather pay out hundreds of thousands of dollars in lawsuits than admit they have been hiring administrators who were not qualified, and by refusing to properly support their staff, turnover is extremely high.
