They had me gather all these paper and spent money on documents so at the end of it they told me they were unable to help me should said that from the beginning and I wouldn’t have wasted my time and money

The time on the services is a lie. It said 8:30 to 5:30. The receptionist just stared and ignored. Apparently family is not important after 5pm. Just a heads up for people who put in all the work to gather information just to get a back handed slap.
