I worked there the leadership starting from the top is awful they won't pay out your pto time you have earned or pay your difference when you get med trained. I was demoted from a position there because I have multi years of experience in maintenence and Jerry a regional directed had no answers to my question about my facility in baxter he was suppose to be training me on couldn't answer about the boilers because he wasn't licensed to work on them knew nothing about water shut offs the elevator but then stated I wasn't qualified for this position also during the training was on the phone for 30 min talking with someone about a fishing trip and was upset i went to lunch with both him and cindy's permission. Cindy the director followed his direction to complete the demotion also had 3 others there mad I got this promotion 2 LPns and front desk reception because now they couldn't get there hair cut discount because the previous direction partner did there hair. That facility is extremely clicky selfish. Not my recommendation

My sister moved in June 2022,18 months ago. It was a nice place with sufficient staff. In has gone down hill 6 months after she moved in. It is now Feb. 2024, and it is pathetic. They have very little help and can't do what they are suppose to do for the resident's.The rooms don't get cleaned on a regular basis. They have ONE working washer and dryer for the entire building. The staff don't know how to do laundry, and ruin some of the cloths, to the point they are not wareable. She has waited over a week to get a shower head repaired. They seem to be short of maintenance staff. The one thing they do efficently, is collect you monthly rent and then increase your rent the first of the year, and provide FEWER services. Don't recommend this place!!

Sadly, this place is a JOKE. Resident concerns are addressed and then that is it. Nothing, NOTHING gets done. The same concerns and complaints are brought up monthly, and they have been the same ones now for two years, or more, and have not been fixed, according to some current residents and families. These residents and families have contacted administration and have gotten nowhere.
