Old equipment on gate controls mean you're using 1980s technology, never upgrades playground area, allows damage to common areas but very strongly on parking rules. Fees are about 250 a month. Customer service is unfortunately poor too.

Very well runn Home owners association. The area homes are welled maintained, safe common areas for walking or doing family activities, several welled maintained pools and parks, $80.00 HOA dues

My concerns are primarily regarding the use of First Service Residential. They are not a good company and do not provide the kind of service we homeowners deserve. If others have concerns I suggest you voice them.

The facility is well-kept, friendly, and professional staff, well secured, at entrance, check in with security, and sign in members and guests.

Went to use the range and it was closed for a private event. There was no warning, or signs, or anything that indicated as such. It also can be over booked at times.
