I recently signed up my brother with a cognitive disability for 2 outings with Easterseals. The first one was only half fulfilled and I was told by the recreation supervisor that it was out of their control. The second outing totally did not take place and the supervisor said it was their fault, but did not offer a refund until I insisted. She said I can only get a refund for the outing they are taking responsibility for and it will take a very long time to get. She was very rude and hung up on me. I called the recreation manager to place a complaint and he has yet to call me back. I was informed by workers there that I should complain, because this happens all the time. I am referring to the Easterseals at 2222 S 114th St.
