I would give 0 stars if I could, they DO NOT care about your child. I applied in November to get my son services as he has a speech delay, they didn’t get anything started till April and still waiting for the services. My son turns 3 in a month which is the cut off for service and they have wasted time by not getting things together for him. They had 5 months !!!! Time he could have been seeing the speech therapist and now all that time is wasted and he gets to see her 3 weeks and that is it before cut off. I have brought this to the supervisors attention( Beth) who did not care. Also They do not want to provide service for my son after he turns three unless I switch him to a half day school. Very disappointed and let down by this service.

Our son eventually became excited to see his physical therapist and enjoyed her company. After working with EarlyOn my son was able to crawl, walk, and develop his language. Very thankful for this free program.

It was definitely an emotional experience realizing my son needed help. But I am thankful for the experience.

Got a referral for my son concerning his speech delay . Didn't get to make an appointment. Called the line and was met with a woman who answered rude & did not introduce herself or acknowledge the business name but proceeded to ask why I was calling . Very abrupt and nasty when asking simple question on whether she wanted my mailing address or physical address . Just overall UNPROFESSIONAL. Hung up the call before finishing the appointment and decided I wouldn't dare take my child to an establishment that would be that rude from the very beginning. This place seems to need training on business practices and procedures and employee training on how to speak to the public in a cordial manner !

We started with Early On in January 2020 for our son. I can not express how grateful we are too have had the access to professionals who are knowledgeable and helped us to understand stand our sons ASD. It’s a free program and while they couldn’t be with him as frequent as we would like, they still saw him every week whether it was in home or via webcam (thanks to Covid). Our son fell in love with his Speech Therapist and every member of our team was so sweet and so informative. We will be getting our second son assessed by Early On as well as he is showing signs of developmental delay. I highly recommend this FREE program if you have worries of developmental delay and the sooner you get the intervention the more help they can be.

This program is a joke. They were not helpful. The only help I will acknowledge is my child's daycare professional. Early on was very disappointing. Demographics probably play a part in the interaction and care, into my child. I just stopped responding. It is a free program. Get what you pay for. I guess that part is my fault.

This place is awful! Sending someone out that just sits on their phone is disgraceful! Nothing helped my son progress. Constantly canceling visits and never actually giving time to help my son is one of the many reasons this place never should be trusted to help your kids.
