I lived here almost 40yrs. There is favoritism among tenants in Los Robles Apts in Union City, CA. I ask for an improvement and got stood up on my off day with no explanation from management and when I tried to reach manager I got talked to like a damn dog by this new manager. This doesn’t happen with all tenants and I feel all alone and abused by this is place. Trying to contact EAH to make a complaint and negotiation, EAH doesn’t respond to my many several faxes and emails.! Also certified email. I’m mentally all mess up leaving me to possibly have to file a lawsuit on my own. I can’t take this mental abuse no longer. EAH do not pride themselves in working with people. Their statements on their website neither photos of happy tenants are all lies. Unless those are their favorites. I could go and on but that would take up a hell of a lot of time. I’m on mental anxiety meds because of how Los Robles and EAH has done me throughout the yrs. It’s time for me to leave at EAH expense 💰💰.

New visitor to their website. Found some great properties indicating "Waitlist Open". Great! I was unable to complete an application online (due to the application not allowing me to populate my info), so I opted to call the properties. One of the properties had a voicemail that said only one other property was open. The other property just said wait list closed. So, I wondered which was accurate....the voicemail or the website Neither property manager returned my call, so I chose to call their San Rafael corporate office....and, I also chose to submit a comment note on their website just in case I didn't get a return call from their office. Pleasantly surprised, I received a call from the corporate office from their Receptionist same day. She wanted to instruct me on how to find their website, but I explained...again after leaving her a voicemail...I was not having trouble with the website, I just needed to know if their website had updated & accurate information on their Wait List Open status? Or, if the property voicemail was the most up-to-date information? She said she would think so. Ha! I explained I wasn't getting a call back from the properties to indicate more clarification. I drove by the properties and wanted to at least pick up an application. She didn't know how to answer my questions and said there was no one else to talk to and that she had to go. I didn't mean to stress her out, but she needs to be a little more knowledgeable on these issues if no one from the properties will return a call. It just seems like simple good customer service to do so. No property should be that busy if you can't handle inquiries. I am not impressed and it's too bad because they seem to have some nice choices in California and Hawaii. But, maybe that's what happens when they have too many properties and no one knows what's going on and they can't keep up with the demand to simply update each Wait List status or even better, note the WAIT LIST OPEN date range! This would alleviate so many phone calls! Not a good representation of this business.

I am a long time resident at Farley Place, Belvedere. During the recent power shut down, I was unable to get in touch with anyone at manager's office, emergency maintenance or corporate office. I left messages. No one came by to check on our welfare and there is no on-site manager. I was eventually told by manager tenants must help each other which was a ridiculous answer. These are all seniors, some disabled. We have 3 story building which was totally in dangerous black out with no elevator working. I must give kudos to the local police for opening up a charging station and community room.

Family of five including a young child and a senior citizen have been yanked around by Managment to get into an apartment for nearly 2 months now. We left our previous home at the end of March with the full expectation to be moved in to our new apartment within just a couple of days. Everytime we show up, money in hand, ready to sign the lease, they need another paper signed, another document faxed, an updated proof of income and bank statement. Meanwhile my poor family has been hoping from hotel to hotel and living in the car while they say “it should only be a few more minutes” only for them to close and not be back in the office for 4 more days.
