I don’t know who would give this company 5 stars! There policy’s only apply to you, but they will do things their way avoiding state regulations and policy’s, they treat FHP’s and employees badly. I have not had respite in forever and I as the new area director in June of 2024 while she was here doing a home visit after leaving my home I could never get a hold of her, she wouldn’t respond to emails not answer phone calls, they do not assist their FHP’s in anyway. They do not care about the participants in their residential homes, they cover up things done wrong and lie!!! They let a person who has been gone from the company 5 months go back to work in a home the day after she called to see about a job, without retraining her, drug testing her , doing a background check or TB test but when you ask for that person to be your respite provider who is trained in med administration and on my participants after her leaving the company only 6 weeks ago all of a sudden policy states she has to be rehire with drug test background check and TB test and I thought TB test really aren’t required. Please this is not a place to work or have any of your participants. I just want people to see that this is not the place for anyone and how they get there PD’s and area directors to be so mean and nasty and uncaring and lie and cover up all the wrongs that go on in their homes I couldn’t do it! It is so crazy if only they knew before they were hired no one stay in the office long childish, unfair treatment, lord if you don’t do what they want you will get a review all of a sudden too especially if you stand up to them on their wrongs! Just beware please they only care about themselves, not the the employees working in the homes or the participants!!! Also I called the HR office in Minnesota with no return call from them either so they all stick together because they are all bad people!! The good people don’t last there that’s why the turnover is so high. If your willing to do unjust and illegal documentation of all kinds and help cover ups your in! Sorry I don’t want any part of this company anymore! God Bless the participants living in their homes.

Neglect, cover ups, document forgery and many other issues. State Director is completely inept as well. Multiple violations and not far from being shut down. Stay clear and find another facility for your clients/family.
