The company was hired to take my husband to a very important doctor appointment in Vacaville.
They didn’t show up until 30 minutes before and traveling would take at least an hour.
We had to cancel the appointment and never use this unreliable company again.

I have used D’s Medical transport gurney van twice . First was when i was discharged from the hospital after a lumbar spine surgery and most recent was a round trip appointment to a spine clinic in San Francisco.6 days post-op. They are courteous. Professional and knowledgeable. Transport was on time.. the owner, Darnell and crew ensured my safety and comfort the entire time .

Let me just start by saying D’s medical transportation is honestly the best transportation company in all the Bay Area. I’ve used a handful of other transportation companies for my dad and nothing could possibly compare. Darnell the owner is very kindhearted, You can see he truly cares about his patients and the satisfaction of others. His prices are great and he does understand that people have different budgets and sometimes go through hard times. He is always willing to accommodate the price and give me something that can fit within my budget. His vans are the cleanest I’ve been in compared to other transportation companies. His drivers are very delicate drivers. This company has become like family to us and I can’t thank them enough for their services.

I could not be happier with the service I received from D's Medical Transport! I was so stressed about having to get surgery, and how I would get home from the surgery, whose date and time kept getting changed. But D's was so flexible and reassuring, and the care I received on the way home was awesome! I will definitely use them again, it is wonderful to have a service that is so reliable,
and genuinely caring when you are at your most vulnerable.

They were really helpful! & went as far as carrying our resident up the stairs, moving certain pieces of furniture to accommodate getting our resident into their room & back in bed. Then afterwards putting said furniture back in place as well. Great service & prompt responses when they were called for an ETA! would highly recommend they get a wheelchair that comes with the function/piece that can prop up a broken leg that can’t be bent.

I am so happy that I came across D’s Medical Transport. I booked an appointment for my grandpa and their service was above and beyond, they truly treated my grandpa like family and helped him with all his request and needs.
