Great company that oversees the clean and safe program. The BLOCK BY BLOCK ambassadors bring safety to the businesses and residents. I would love to see more ambassadors in specific areas Like Pine Avenue and the East Village. One ambassador is not enough to cover such large areas.
I would definitely recommend this company.

I want to give a Shout Out to Samual who is a crew member cleaning the streets of downtown Long Beach. It was an accident on Linden and 4th that left plywood and glass in the streets. My son flagged him down and asked him to come clean it for us and he came without hesitation and cleaned it immediately even tho it was not part of his job description. Good Job Samual! Thank you for taking pride in ur work!!!

What a good group of people that work here.

Two weeks ago I lost my wallet (that was not only designer, but also sentimental) at a restaurant on pine street.

When I went back to try and find it, I was informed they did not have it. Some other guests at the restaurant said they saw a homeless person pick up something and walk away from where I had been sitting outside.

I knew at that point I’d probably never see my wallet or the contents inside of it again. Well, today I received a call from Sergio, the operations manager with the Long Beach Alliance. One of his team members was out on patrol and found the wallet.

They brought it back and was able to locate me through my business card inside. Because of Sergio and his team, I was reunited with my belongings. It means a lot to know that there are good people out there working for the city and making sure the residents are taken care of to the best of their abilities.

Since the day during the night, when we are eating inside of a buffet, and was about to pay the check before we leave. But then my mom got scared by something else that I haven’t got a chance to get a look of it. After we paid the check at a buffet, we have to get a good look inside of the gates. There was a kitten and a man who was outside of the gate and told us that he has a stick but didn’t able to reach the kitten. So the woman who saws us and tells the security and safety guard who was outside that is buffed up and got us help to take out the kitten. While he was with us, he told us that we need to call the fire department to get inside of the gate that was closed for a bit of a while. But then someone had an idea where possibly the buffed dude or someone else told us that we could get inside. The problem to enter the gate is that the gate is narrow and someone that is thin and small. But then the security guy ask a family who could help us with a girl that could be small enough but didn’t fit. So someone who was also a guy were able to bend the gate and was almost got into the gate but then getting out back and the security guard was able to get after bending a little bit more and got the kitten outside of the gate and bend it back together. Since that we have a kitten, we wanna say thank you for that man who was able to get the kitten outside of the gate. I want to wish him and I want to thank the man more than before. Again, thank you for the service who was able to get out of the man.
