Super easy to set up! I went on the donate stuff website and chose a charity - I picked Purple Heart - and chose a date (seems like they have set days for certain charities) then they presented me with a digital set of labels to print and stick on all the bags. Got email confirmations and you can set up texts too. I had questions about timing but they eventually sent an email saying to put my stuff out by 7:30 am on pick-up day which I did. They came and got the stuff by early afternoon and were respectful of my property. I feel great having contributed to a charity I trust and (esp since I have a newborn at home) it is SO nice that they will come pick up the bags for you. All-in-all it was a great experience I highly recommend. Will be using again in the future!

I was pleased with the pick up service. I had a number of items, and covered them with a plastic tarp due to inclement weather. I was not here to witness the pickup, but the neighbor across the street said they did it very carefully and respectfully. I had some fragile items and was happy to hear that they were careful. I Will definitely use them again for pickup.

I love how simple and easy the process is! My only gripe is that the site ask for all household items, it doesn't give a clear indication of what they do not take. The last 2x pick ups items were left behind. Which defeats the purpose of easy if I now have to drop off at good will.
