All I wanted was an understanding on my bill. Instead of the OWNER helping me to understand he immediately got in defense mode..he was VERY Rude and VERY disrespectful. I lived in this area for 13 years I never had any issues always paid on time and I never in my life been treated like this by any business. His only concern was that he was the owner and he could do what he wants.

Needed help lost my job and just needed them to give me three more days to pay them because I have kids that need baths. They give no concerns or try to help in any type of way. Definitely no morals or respect of any kind for welfare of children especially with disabilities. Who ever is running the place definitely don't make the income to match his attitude.

I had a water leak that I didn’t know about. Bill was really high. I payed a 3rd of it but they still shut water off. Then they charged $50 reconnect fee . Their rude unprofessional , NOBODY CHARGES THAT MUCH !!! Cost me $237 to get my water back on and that’s after I payed $60 partial payment . That 1 star I gave them is over rating them because they didn’t have a negative rating star.

Paid my bill on the 14th online . I got a "courtesy " call on the 24th informing me that they would be cutting my water off . So I told the guy I paid my bill online. He said that it is my responsibility to inform them that I paid online . The only responsibility that I own is to pay the bill on time and I did just that . I feel that they should check the online bill payments before putting people on a shut off list.
