This place is amazing and helped me out so much. I had a warrant, a DHS case, living in my car and no job. Now I have no warrants, my son living with me, my own apartment, and a job. Diversion Hub didn't do all of that for me, but they helped me with most of it, and for that, I'm eternally grateful. Thanks to my case manager Sara, you're the best!

They Discriminatorily and maliciously, make you wait longer for asserting your rights and complaining against their staff. About and around three weeks ago I complained about a staff who was verbally abusing me and causing my PTSD to trigger and was refusing to give my food stamps. Today I brought my brother who is disabled so he can get food stamps and put him back on disability and I filled out the paperwork for him and turned in the paperwork for him. And they called every one except us. And even people who turned in their paperwork late. And now they start calling a new group of people. My brother Albertico has special needs and so do I. And this type of retaliation makes me very afraid, nervous, shaky and triggers my PTSD, etc. / It is clear that people who assert their rights are constantly discriminated and maliciously retaliated against and for this reason all staff who possess such authority and responsibility should wear body cameras

Absolutely thankful for this place, I had a couple of misdemeanors to work through, and after working through their program - they're off my record. It was extremely easy & the programs they have available are extremely helpful for anyone in need of any kind of assistance be it legal, finding a job, etc. And the people working here are more than friendly & helpful. I couldn't recommend people here more.

My son went here for assistance and here's the issues he experienced: 1. Seems like his caseworker is rarely in the office, no one knows when he will be in. He doesn't return calls. 2. They were supposed to get him on Soonercare and file for disability. They haven't done either in over a month. He has no money and has to rely on family for help. 3. They said they have shuttles to Northcare but this has to be set up thru the ever absent case worker. I ended up taking him myself. Not sure if all caseworkers are like his but this place was of zero help.
