They wasted a year an never even learned my name. . They lied an said "trust me." An never sent my application. Then after they gaslit me they sent me the application. It has no last name on the evolop an no apartment number.. I open it to see the wrong name on the app.. an they have the nerve to yell at me when I get up set about lying.. 🤦.. 1 star.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called 3 weeks ago and they told me they were getting scooters the next day. I was so happy that I started crying. It meant that I would be able to get out of the house and do things and not be so isolated. So I called the next day and left a message. Nothing, I called the next day. Nothing. I called Thursday and talked to a different person and told him the situation and that no one called me back. Friday I finally get a call back, they said oh we don't have a driver. I said I could uber there and pick it up. No we don't want you spending money. I called Monday, oh our driver is on vacation, wednesday, we don't have a battery, Thursday...another excuse, Friday the boss isn't around....during this time because of their promise I have given my wheelchair away to someone who needed it. The last time I called they did oh I know trying to figure it out, I don't have any help and I work by myself. Mind you,, I had talked to several different people. They are cruel to lead a person in need on like that. So I am without a scooter and a wheelchair and even more isolated than I was before. Thanks disability action center for your cruelty.

Ok. For REAL. The absolute nicest advocates out there who not only have superior work ethics and genuine concern but MakeThings Happen for their clients as well, , poste haste mind you. You want someone on you're team? These guys will take you to the championship! Throw in a healthy heaping of humor and side order of cool, the 2 main employees here ( I. and P.) manage to be chill, productive, fun, and genuine. The 2 of them are are a dynamic duo whos.super power is skills for acomplishing amazing feats of impossibile , making hopes.and wishes come true,, enabling those with disabilities to live healthier and safer, more enjoyable lives. Thank you guys so much !
