If you could give negative stars, this place deserves it. There is zero communication, even if they give you a time limit on getting things in, they won’t tell you. They don’t put information in the first time you tell them then say you never said the info. Take way to long sometimes so long you have to start the whole process over. They are extremely rude, I haven’t had a single nice or helpful person in years.

I've applied once every 6 months for the last 3 to 4 years. I think diagnosed with intermittent explosive disorder and they won't give you a medical exemption for disability for food stamps. You don't even give you a paper for your doctor to fill out so you can get food stamps The only way you could get any kind of form is if you're trying to get that aid to the needy and disabled. They never call you when they say they will. The ladies at the front desk are 9 out of 10 times rude never speak up so you can hear them through the glass even if you tell them you have a hearing problem. The director Anne Gallegos it's so far the worst director this county has ever had.

I needed help faxing a document to the CancerCare center, but they don't provide actual humann services unless you are on a welfare program. Very disappointed! But you know who does provide actual human services? The library! They helped me without ever even asking if I had a library card.

2 workers I've encountered at the front desk are the most hateful lazy and unprofessional people I've ever heard of working in human SERVICES. Heaven forbid they have to answer anyone on the other side of that glass... And don't bother expecting them to handle it personal info privately or properly! How you lose confidential paperwork is beyond me..... Multiple times.. And expect attitude if you ask them to do anything.... Literally the anything, Especially by the one miserable woman that I've had the pleasure of having to bother and get attitude from on several occasions for expecting mealry standard front desk help. Some of these workers really need to reconsider working in a human resources position.... I didn't force anyone in their position... Pretty sure of that and I especially never asked ANYTHING out of their pay grade, but I sure was treated that way!

The lady that helped me was very very nice. Most of the staff is always willing to help out with a smile on their faces. The building is always clean and smells really good. Not much of a waiting area, so when you talk to them everyone in there can hear you, but other then that it's really nice.

Zero to no communication from this office. Documentation had to be sent over twice with three follow up calls to try to get a response. First packet of information was faxed March 31, 2022 still no response May 2022. Faxed packet again. Tried to confirm it was received from their office, no response. No sense of urgency or compassion from this office.

2 years ago I got misty as a case worker for medicaid. I was pregnant and needed help. Couldnt reach her, barely received calls back and then received mail saying I was denied due to lack documents. I had everything saved, screenshots of emails, who I saw when I hand delivered documents and a call log of ALL the times Misty didnt answer or return my calls. Whoever corrected this issue is a blessing and I wish I could remember her name and may her pillow also be cool. Ive also applied for foodstamps twice, but unfortunately Misty was the lead and knew she wasnt going to help me.

I'm grateful for when I had Medicaid but they keep messing with me. One month I'll be covered and the next month not. I thought they go by annual income. So not being able to get my diabetes meds is horrifying
