It's really concerning that there's several patrons' meds that are being thrown out or they're being denied access to their meds. Like insulin and heart meds. Who denies someone their heart meds and insulin and throw it out?

This place never answer phone leave messages no call back stuff is rude respect what they do but do your job with love compassion empathy!! Apply for job no response would like to be apart of helping community. Church God not display in mission serve others

Bed bugs up the BUTT , staff treats you like your a child when you have children older than them , they belittle people instead of helping them . I have literally seen them put people out in freezing weather over something minor for a couple of hours or even up to 8 hours , just because a person is homeless and in need they should not be treated like a worthless animal a BED BUGS they claim not to have 🤔 the hole 3rd floor has been SHUT down due to the infestation.

They need to help the people that work and that need a home and the ones that are trying to get a place you would think if have not seen there face before you would think something happened and if they go to work and come back and you don’t drink and do drugs they can see you are trying to get out of there and get into a place to call home

The staff that works on second floor are Great the client not so much. They don't help with bus tickets or anything besides coffee is quater and a free 🍩 breakfast is 2.00
