I have been in Daymark several times as an emotional support person for one of your clients. I started to write this review a few times but wanted to know if it was really this persons personality or if it was just a good day for her. Needless to say every time that I have come in she has always been so nice and caring. Monique seems to be an amazing person. There have been times where I needed some information and she was very knowledgeable about the different community resources and options that are out there. I was in there once and not sure if the guy was a client or what but he most definitely touched her inappropriately . She was very calm with the situation and kept her cool. The people that I have seen come in have not been the easiest to deal with yet she always manages to speak to them in a way that is so caring and heartfelt but also stern. Which I think is awesome. Monique is pretty much one of the first faces of Daymark Recovery and I think she and the other ladies and gent represent your company well.

I have been going to Daymark for a few years now and they do a great job at helping people overall. Mrs. Virginia is really such a super help for me. She remembers my name AND my birthday and always greets me with a smile. She makes some of the long waits and other things resolve quickly. She is also always very welcoming to my husband as well. We always go places together and sometimes they treat us differently. Not here Mrs. Virginia is welcoming to everyone. Even when people aren't being so nice she is still trying to be kind. I also see Dr. Lilly and she's so awesome. She listens to me and tracks my stability well. I feel well taken care of. I also see Mr. Mitchell for assistance with other things and he is a blessing as well. He keeps great communication and goes the extra mile for the people he helps. I can't say enough about how helpful Mr. Mitchell haala been for my husband and I. He checks on us all the time and really cares about how things are going in our lives. Thank you Mitchell, Mrs. Virginia and Dr. Lilly for all of your help and treating me like a person and not a number or a medicine list. Thank you Daymark.

Unnecessarily slow and they tend to have attitudes to the point of disrespect borderline hateful. Some act like providing this service is a burden. how does it take almost 7 hours to do one assessment? We were the first ones in line when they opened

I think has been my best experience with a Daymark, by far, and Tiffany Harris has been an amazing group leader/therapist! I get all the support I could ever need through coming here, and I always leave here in a better mood than I came in with. I will always refer people here in their time of need🙏

Chiquita E. is AMAZING! She always makes me feel safe when I’m here at Daymark. I feel heard and better after each therapy session with Chiquita. I look forward to our time together. Mitchell and Carol are the most outstanding people that I have ever met in my life. They help me and my family with food so we can eat, because I don't get my food stamps for like almost a week. They brought me food for more than a week and this is just amazing! It was just a weird thing that they had a pizza they gave to us, and it was one I have been craving. I said I was going to buy when I got my food stamps, and he brought it by and I thought that was great Mitchell and Carol are amazing people and I'm so glad that they're with you guy's I really am!!!
