Rude old man that works in the back. They give you a lot of grief to get help. This place makes it harder on people that could use help. People are not informed of everything whether they’re workers or clients. This place needs better people with compassion to serve the community. The old man in the back needs to NOT talk to clients. He’s rude and needs to stay away from the clients.
The city needs to look into how they treat clients. The workers need better training on how to serve the community with compassion and understanding. It’s weird how the workers treat clients as if they’re defrauding the resource center. The ladies that use to work there before were great! Nice to clients, compassionate.

Came here for thr first time. Ita abput a block from the ac transit line 28 bus stop which runs once an hour. Both ways.

They have a white awning. That is the clinic. The free book shelf is to your left when you walk out of the clinic.

Now the tricky part free food and clothes.

When you walk out of the clinic make a right. When you see the neighbor nug. Make another right. Walk all the way down the parking lot. Make another right walk down the back parking lot half way. And its there.

Have to sign up and they give you a i.d. with picture.

Staff were very nice.

Went there as a new patient I showed up had an appointment ready and confirmed through Via telephone. Then I go to check in and the ladies at the desk said sorry your appointment was canceled due to an emergency. I understand there was an emergency and they left early in the morning… but couldn’t you call the patient to let them especially coming from a far. There was compassion or cared about the fact. Definitely will change out as soon as possible!! The simply did not care that the doctor left without telling patient or myself !! Worse healthcare experience. If someone doesn’t have transportation I do not recommend to come to place!! Awful you don’t know what to expect especially since there no communication!

The care at this clinic went down tremendously. Never have I been seen by the same doctor twice. The medical assistants are very nice (especially Norma) and helpful and the pediatrician dr Clemons as well so that’s the second star. Other than that I don’t have much nice things to say. They never answer the phones you have to call many times to get through. The ladies who work at the front desk are always chatting but that’s not an issue of course you’re gonna talk at work it’s normal, what is the issue here is that you have to stand there and wait and wait and wait to be acknowledged until their convo is done. One of them with glasses has no regard for customer service. Arrogant and rude. I never leave bad reviews but seriously I don’t recommend this place anymore.

Years ago, this community center was unique with its 7 free items for customers. This center offers many resources for families and individuals. A good asset to the community.

My counselor is the best ive ever encountered. Hes very caring, he listens & hes most definitely helping me. The 3 star is mainly for & about the front desk ladies, the 1st people you see & have to talk to. One lady is just awful! She acts as if we 'the patients' should know what to do, not sure that makes sense. She's rude, curt, impersonal, if your lucky she will look up at you or notice you have been standing ' im disabled btw' waiting to be acknowledged & has the 'im better then you' attitude. Im anxious already due to what my counselor& I are tackling, processing so I can move on & try to live with peace but she causes added on anxiety & has zero compassion. SHE NEEDS TO WORK FOR DMV not at Davis Street where people are fragile.
