This Dr office make me an appointment for colonoscopy at 1PM.
when i get there, i register at front office, they told me i did not have appointment. It is not right to me,so i call Dr Long Phi Dang office one of the lady told me, just wait they will call your name, i ask her if i do not have my name in the list how they call me?
She told me, i call them and they will call you.
I wait about 15minutes, then i check back with front desk, she told me i have not heard anything from them.
I call back Dr Long Phi Dang again the lady told me wait for it , i will fax a request for you.
About half later the front desk to me i try to get you in but the schedule too tight, so you have to make another appointment.
The Dr office is very irresponsible.
They do not care about the patient.
I will not come back there again

Please avoid this doctor and his staff. He performed an endoscopy on my dad but immediately transferred him to the hospital because the camera couldn't pass through his throat. The hospital diagnosed him with esophageal cancer. It took this office more than 2 weeks to provide the biopsy results. I called them almost every day to follow up on the status of the biopsy, and they kept telling me they didn't have it yet. The family doctor, lung doctor, and surgeon all told me that this was very unusual. Frustrated, I decided to visit their office instead of calling, and finally, they said they had the results. This is completely unacceptable. The front desk staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE..
