On November 6, 2023 I had medical emergency that required special transporation and care to Setara Emergency Dept, Woodbridge, VA. The Fire Station 18 Emergency crew arrived within a few minutes at my home, conducted initial evalution of my conditions, and transported me to the hospital emergency room. The crew were very professionla, compasionate/hospitable, and gave me full attention until i arrive to emergency room. They waited until the hospital crew took over my case and transferred me to the designated location in the hospital. I can't have enough words to express my appreciation to all the personnel who showed up at my house in a short order. This exemplifies execellent public service in the highest order.

Awesome group of people. Needed to get my ring cut off my jammed finger before it got worse. They were able to get it done and with a sense of humor which helped. I feel safe with this department overseeing our community.

Thank you to the crew from Station 18 who responded to my 911 call today. My car started smoking like crazy & I was sure it was on fire. I pulled into Mapledale Plaza & called 911. They were there in no time. Turns out it was a blown radiator hose. And even though it happily was not a fire they found the problem, made sure my car was cooling off & stayed until my family arrived to pick me up. Each crew member was polite, professional & very kind. Thank you for your help.
