I was reached out to and apologized to for how the staff member was. They have added me to the program. A blessing I truly needed. This has been a very rough last year for me relocating to Michigan, and it has been very hard to find resources for help. Thank you so much

I called them to ask about the help advertised for back to school. I was told what information to bring and to come up. As soon as I get there, They tell me they can't help me, Even though they had just told me to come up. (10 min from call to arrival) The gentleman that denied me help wouldn't even look at me, or even really acknowledged that I was there. Very poor professionalism in my opinion.
