Our experience at Croixdale Senior Living was an excellent one. My father lived in the facility for almost 3 years, first in assisted living and the last year in memory care. I was continuously impressed with the respect and true concern flowing from the staff to the residents. The management team does a fantastic job cultivating this positive attitude amongst the staff. I will always be grateful for the care provided for my dad during his stay at Croixdale, and I highly recommend the facility.

My mom has been at Croixdale for almost three years and has transitioned from independent living to assisted living and is now in memory care. The staff is lovely and everyone is so helpful. The food is also very good. The facility is always clean. Our 7 year old granddaughter has been given the opportunity to volunteer and she absolutely loves it. I could not recommend it any more highly!!!!!

My mother, Bunny, resided at Croixdale from August, 2020 to April 2023 first in assisted living then in memory care. Every time I came to see her, she would in some manner thank me for finding Croixdale. She loved her apartment, the staff, the little store and the meals. Mom enjoyed the other residents and took part in many activities. As her daughter, I so appreciated the loving care by Croixdale staff, the skilled medical care and the communication I received as needs came up.

My mother has been living at Croixdale for nearly 1 year now. She started out in independent living and recently moved to assisted living. The transition was seamless thanks to the amazing staff! Everything was organized up front and all communication and questions were answered promptly with care. I cannot put into words how much the staff at Croixdale care for their residents in addition to one another. My mother moved into Assisted Living at Croixdale in April 2018 and it has been a great experience for her. The staff is exceptional and has been very accommodating to meet her needs both prior to and during the pandemic. She likes the food choices and the quality of the food. At 87 my mom moved into Croixdale after leaving the house and close friends (in a different state) that she had spent the last 58 years with. The staff at Croixdale are so very wonderful - well trained professions, and very caring. Mom is so impressed that they all know her by name and are sincere and attentive in their caring. Certainly not an extrovert, but it didn't take mom long to make some good friendships with the other residents. When looking for an Assisted Living facility for mom we looked as several locations - we are very happy we chose Croixdale!

My father has lived at Croixdale for a few years. He had a very long list of the amenities and price point that his new home would have. Croixdale was a 100% match and more. With his limited vision the washer and dryer in his apartment is truly a blessing. And rent includes 1 good meal a day for him. 1 bill to pay a month and it includes all his utilities too. The building and grounds are well maintained. The food is good. The staff is also a blessing. They are well trained, very supportive, kind and compassionate. They get to know the residents.
I told a friend about Croixdale and how we all love it. Her mother now lives there too!
Bottom line, my father feels safe, grateful, appreciative and loves where he lives. What could be better?

We moved my 97 year old mother to Croixdale in September of 2019 after her needs expanded beyond what we could provide at home. After interviewing several assisted living facilities in the area we settled on Croixdale and are extremely happy and satisfied with that decision. Following an initial resident assessment, a plan was agreed on for her assistance level. That plan has been continually monitored and evolved to match her situation.
Her living accommodations are all above standard including her one bedroom apartment and the provided meals. The best part however, is the Croixdale staff. Care at all levels is done in a respectful, friendly and conscientious manner including nurses, aids, cleaning services or administrative personnel.
Over the past year we have encountered a few emergency situations that required an intervening hand. All such incidents were quickly communicated to us and handle professionally. In addition to the immediate response, all such incidents were followed up with actions taken to prevent future occurrences.
We feel my mother is receiving a high level of care at Croixdale. She’s both comfortable and safe which is a blessing to us.
