I can't recommend Creekview enough, I wish there were 10 Stars! My mom lived there for 3 years when she was no longer able to live on her own, and every staff member there, from the receptionist to the caregivers, the kitchen, the managers, the wonderful nurses and to every single person who did all the things in between without any recognition, above and beyond, I SAW you all. It became my second home and family until the day she passed and beyond. If you want to have your family member stay in a facility and have peace of mind, this is the place.

Creekview is an excellent facility - attractive and well maintained.

My husband found the administrative and social work staff extremely knowledgeable and supportive as he worked with insurance providers during my recent 12 week stay.

I found the CNAs, nurses and therapists caring, careful of hygiene protocols, on top of my many medications, and encouraging of my efforts to re-learn how to stand and use a walker. I was able to go home because of their care.

From the beginning when I was completely bed-ridden the staff were promptly attentive. They continued to respond quickly to my calls throughout my stay. I never felt abandoned.

Support staff such as housekeepers and receptionists remarked on my progress as I scooted my wheelchair along and then as my husband accompanied me when using the walker.

It was lovely to be seen as an individual and known by name.

This past August, I toured the facility for my stepfather’s transition from Eden Medical Center into a skilled nursing facility. Chris Vargas, an admissions coordinator, scheduled a tour the next day and provided a clear understanding of costs, medical insurance coverage, levels of care provided and easily addressed concerns and expectations without any upselling.

The facility is very clean, tastefully appointed and well staffed.

I sent an email that evening and by morning the ball was already rolling and transport was underway.

My stepfather entered for skilled nursing care and to no fault of the facility, my family decided to appoint hospice after 2 days. His condition was not going to improve and comfort became the primary focus.

I could sleep at night without worry of sanitation standards, abuse or neglect.

His last 10 days were full of compassion and excellent care at Creekview.

This facility is really nice, clean and smells great. Beautiful location and building. That’s one of my key things in choosing a facility for family or friends- is the smell test. And Creekview passes with flying colors. The front desk receptionist are always warm and friendly upon arrival. I like that they have refreshments and water while waiting in the front. A healthcare facility is as good as the team members running it. I particularly enjoy working directly with the social services director, Michelle. She knows every single one of her residents and their needs and everyone has given nothing but praise of the amazing work she does. She really emphasizes on true patient care from admission to discharge. She’s one of the main reasons why I would refer to this building.

Creekview Health Center is a great facility. The building is always kept nice and clean. There’s a nice fragrance when you enter the building. There’s an amazing scenery outside that the residents can go sit and enjoy. The social service director Michelle engages very well with the residents. She knows every resident by name, they all seem to really love her.

My mother had severe, end stage COPD. She had been living in independent living at Stoneridge Community and was moved after a few hospitalizations to CreekView Health Center and eventually to Creekview Assisted living.

We found that though nothing is perfect, that the staff at both Assisted living and Skilled Nursing were kind and caring. They showed genuine personal care in my mother's complicated condition. It was not only the nurses and assistants / care givers, but the management, med techs, food service and engineering all showed concern.

I am grateful for this team and the personalized care that they showed.

I had a wonderful experience with the SNF and especially with Michelle, the social services worker.

Michelle's attention to detail and availability took a huge load off of my plate. I was never more taken care of than when he was a patient there. Even after we left, Michelle helped organize wound care and coordinate with the new Care Director at our new facility. I was able to text her whenever and our needs were met promptly. It's a great facility.

Both of my parents were at the Skilled Nursing Facility at Creek View off and on for years. I wouldn’t have placed them anywhere else. As the matter of fact, a social worker from the hospital tried to place my dad at a Stockton facility, and I flat out refused to have him anywhere, but Creekview. Creek View is an excellent example of cleanliness, and care in helping patients Creek View excels far above the others. All of their staff, physical therapists, nurses and Dr. Apte worked to ensure the best Care for the patient.
Lindsey worked tirelessly and endlessly to ensure the administrative side was smooth and quick. Erick and Christina took care of both of my parents like they were their own elders. When hospice was needed for my Dad the transition was simple and caring.
I cannot say enough about how impressed I am and grateful for the compassionate and supportive care they received.
