Beware!! An investigation should be done on their questionable practices. My father has been in amazing health forever. He’s almost 91 and has been clean and sober for over 40 years. He’s not sick and has never even had a cavity. Cowboy Cares bruised my father’s ribs because they weren’t moving him properly. Then they loaded him up on fentanyl and he was really struggling. I had to tell the nurse when she was putting another patch on him to take it off. I told her that I have power of attorney and they should never make those moves without taking to me. At that very moment I was on a call with a VA advocate and she warned me about them and said that they were going to call ADS on me for not staying home 24/7. I was blown away because they never said anything to me and I have been home almost 24/7 since they came on board a month earlier. In an attempt to use him as their cash cow, they would come by 3-4 times a day and take his vitals, which is unnecessary. And they refused to give him a shower. I had a meeting with the managers and told them to get with the program or quit. They quit! Now they are calling the police on me saying I stole equipment from them. I have never stole anything from those quitters and this is all because the manager in their office doesn’t care anything about our friends or family, only money. Currently my dad is back With Best Home Health and is doing great again finally and is really happy no one is trying to kill him. I love my dad and no one cares more about his health and comfort than I do
