Ok place. Christian hospital. They don't practice what they preach. Good staff. Hospital policies sucks. Health benefits could be better. Lots of drama in the workplace.

Don’t go here, it’s a horrible hospital they don’t care about patients, my grandmother waited in the ER for over 21hr with no care till they moved her up to a room. Doctor she had did not even look at the right chart, and missed diagnose her. Almost did something to her, my grandfather keep telling them but they did not want to hear it, he keep asking for the head admin but they never came to talk to them or never resolved anything. I could go on and on but keep it to the point.

Waited in the ER for 4 hours and people coming in that were not in any pain got seen before me. Was told it goes in the order of severity but like I said I guess I’m not the right color to get good service. The staff were not friendly at all and took forever for any visitors to get in the rooms with their loved ones. I don’t understand how hard it is to get family members checked in when that literally your only job. Come on covenant. And a Hispanic lady vomiting up blood wasn’t serious enough to go straight back but a lady walking and talking loud on her phone got seen right away Hmmm?

I went last night they were slow only 3 people before me was in waiting room for at least 3 hours, but the saving grace was my nurse Johnny ( i dont know if i spelt his name right).he was incredibly kind and attentive hes the only reason im.giving 4 stars. Its incredibly rare to come.across medical staff who genuinely cares. He definitely deserves a raise

Worst hospital!! 5 hour wait in the ER room?! Ridiculous!! People in pain, throwing up and nothing is done!! Would not recommend at all to anyone! Would give zero stars! Never bringing family here again! I bet the only people giving 5 stars are the employees that work here! Saw at least 5 people walk out and still didn’t get called back!

Horrid emergency room! You just sit in the lobby, for hours, with no movement of any patients whatsoever! Think the waiting room scene at the end of Beatle Juice…only much, much, much worse! It’s like the staff is just waiting you out, for you to get disgusted and just up and leave, with no medical treatment whatsoever.

Came in with chest pain, chest pressure, pain radiating, left 10 hours later, no change, not seen, noticed nurses playing on their phones as I checked myself out.

A patient fell in the bathroom, pulled the cord…and nothing! When the front desk was asked if any assistance was coming, the receptionist said that the alarm didn’t work!!! (There was a flashing red light in the waiting room, that the staff conveniently ignored!)

Not only have I been here for almost 4 hours. I have people leave waiting in the ER, I came 40-1 hour before a lot of people. Yet I am getting skipped. I told the lady behind the desk. That I am feeling worse, I have been up almost 28 hours, I cannot get comfortable at all. About 2 maybe 2 and half hours of waiting three new people came in. Yet I they get help. Horrible waiting time. Horrible if you are in pain as I am with a headache, body ache, etc. I am livid! For a major hospital this place is horrible! Update: the back is awesome great staff all the way around

My mother is currently in the icu after a heart surgery. The first night we had a horrible nurse who never even came around but she was placed in icu care afterwards. I have to admit after the first night I was very disappointed in the hospital but once they moved her to icu she received a new nurse and her trainee. Kari Fox and Emily went above and beyond what they needed to ensure her safety and comfort. They are without a doubt the best nurses I have ever had or seen. They were extremely professional and compassionate for our situation and I cannot thank them enough for the amazing care they provided! I hope the hospital knows just how specials these 2 nurses are and takes care of them the same way they care for their patients! I will always be grateful to them!
