Move in was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and pleasant to live in. Overall, a very good experience.

The first time I arrived on time from clipboard health and Mary (the older lady in the office)took one look at me and canceled my shift said they overbooked…. The second time I arrived on time she saw me and blocked me while I was on shift. She apparently has an issue with my skin tone as I haven’t done anything that would cause her to dislike me

Have to beg for your medicine
They play favoritism certain people don't have to obey rules because they are special
Staffi is overworked and overwhelmed
The clients pay for bad management
Run down needs repair
Food is horrible
Items constantly stolen yet they have cameras everywhere but never find out about stolen items
Soiled dirty carpet needs replaced
Resident only received a small stipend yet they don't care about lack of care or resources
Management takes no responsibility for anything
Overworked and overwhelmed can't keep staff

There is no manager on site to help these people. Many are acutely handicapped physically and mentally. Some have been put here illegally. Half of this property is undersupervision by a staff who refuses to have any resopnsibility for anything. The residents are in danger 24 hours a day.

Pretty clean, but has a very retro outdated feel to it. Residents seem happy. They have daily activities to keep their residents busy. Some of the care giver staff are quite young and don't have the best "bedside manner". Not to say they are mean, just that they are not very tactful sometimes in my opinion.

Note: better than boarding homes for my aged dad, But, rent was raised 6.3% when SSA increased only 1.6%. Also note that they do not communicate well. Twice I have gone to the front counter to discuss an issue about my dad only to be told they did not know or could not help but the manager/director can help and will call me if I leave my name and phone number. Guess what - no call back either time.

The staff all are so caring. Our mother has been here for 6 years and we just love the staff. The weekly receptionist, Lynn is just wonderful. She takes care of all of our needs.

Staff was really kind and genuine with my mother in law. Grounds are shabby but care is top notch—don’t be seduced by other homes with nice grounds but subpar human touch. Common rooms with a piano a plus.
