I have lived here for one year and four months. I found out after my first 72 hours here that there is a serious drug problem and its related activity: all night buying/selling, thefts of all sorts: bicycles, tools, auto and home break-ins, auto vandalism & sabotage, plant poisonings, Peeping-Toms, and confrontations with street people etc. Management has cameras all over and though they admit they know exactly what is going on refuse to use their information to help end many of problems. The management is mostly concerned to keeping residents inactive and unseen; beware if you complain. There's a revenge type atmosphere, that people have complained about, aimed to keeping the status quo: fear. The use of facilities is discouraged by management to keep everything pristine. I wish I had known about the fear, intimidation, and lack of respect for Seniors that pervades the park. I wanted to sue the Realtor who sold me my home for all its attending misery but alas I was stuck. The manager was so disrespectful and threatening I had to secure a Restraining Order for peace of mind, my car, my home and my possessions. I lost hundreds when my car was broken into and vandalized. Being considerate to management leads to being taken advantage of. It's a no win situation here. I plan to move and lose thousands in my investment.

I have lived here 2 years, and everything that the person known as sjsuralph has said in his review, is totally untrue he was unhappy because management and every women who lives in the park refused his unwanted advances. . Mangament responds to every concern in a timely manner, and is always polite and helpful.

We have been here about 16 months..best park in the area...management keeps the homeless out and takes care of our concerns in a timely manner..a very friendly staff.No interference from drug activity if there is any.No problem with illegal activities that i have seen or heard of.Mostly seniors living on their retirement, friendly but not intrusive.All in all a safe and wonderful place to live.
