I'm having a frustrating experience with this company. Securing rent payments from a tenant in our park has proven challenging, and contacting Adam has been particularly difficult. Not only was it difficult to get a hold of him it was difficult to get rent from cots and the tenant, but the tenant started harassing me, my husband, workers, and other tenants in the park. I sent all the evidence to cots, and cots still is working with the tenants. Cots wanted me to wave the $2700+ once they found out, I was evicting the tenants. Cots finally paid some of the tenants' rent of $2452.00 and still did not get all the rent or late fees from the tenant. I have been patient for over four months working with the tenants and cots.
