Horrifyingly roach infested community. And if you have a unit above you, your deck is their dumping ground- HOA basically told us it’s on us to make sure nothing is in the way. Beware that on surface the community looks serine and beautiful. You may notice dead roaches here and there - they get out the sewage system in your home. Highly recommend living here for a month or so before buying.
