Most of the staff are very kind, helpful and compassionate, and they are extremely attentive to their patients which is most important! The building itself is quite old and could use some repairs and better parking.
Also, access to/from the patient rooms, out to the common grounds are non-secured, but apparently not out of compliance.
Overall, it's been a good experience for my family member! He loves the food as well:)

I have to say it has been a very caring and wonderful staff so far. I had written a bad review my first night, not giving them a chance to get me and everything set up. I have been her over 3 weeks and they are on top of everything. The wound
Care as well as nursing staff ect no complaints.
I would recommend this place if you need medical care to get you back to yourself. The physical therapy has been wonderful as well.

Care centers will have good and bad reputation I have the same thoughts mentioned in other posts. Very challenging job and responsibility and to cater to the family's wishes is also challenging. Still have mixed feelings removed my mother from the facility against the advice of the center,family seems to get there way. Mom doesn't feel any better being home which I though she would. I wish she would go back.just not to corona health care center. I was wrong being home is the best for any family, I have been careing for my mother for over 2 years and after establishing my roleas care raker it's the best decision we made. I have been in many nursing homes they have all below standard. Time to take away for profit and totally focus on quality care are parents deserve it

My brother has been a resident of Corona Residential Care for almost one year. He is coherent but physically unable to take care of himself. He reports to me regularly the attentive care that he receives. His CNA checks on him every two hours, the nutrition staff works hard providing nutritious and tasty meals (he loves the food !) and the activities staff keep the residents active and alert with group activities. I visit once a week and have always been appreciative of the caring staff. He does not want to live in any other facility.

My Brother was in the Hospital,He had to be placed in a Skilled Nursing Facility, I was scared not knowing what to expect. I came to see what Corona Care was about. I walked into the Facility and there was Music in the Sitting Areas for the Clients....then Greeded by Staff Mary she gave me a Tour very Compassionate and Caring she put me at ease. As the Days have gone by I would watch how Staff interacted with there Clients,.... Kind, Caring, & Compassionate.
This Facility is Clean, feed there Clients Well
I would highly recommend this Facility. I see my Brother Daily and when I walk Away I know he is being Cared for.

My father 82 years old was stay here 29 days to recover the lumbar spine and Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).This facility going to discharge my father and said that he better now he can go home. Since I visited my father he seems getting worse, have shortness of breathing and the face turning hyperpigmentation. Is happened to my father 3 days like that. OMG they doesn't take care him, not give him the oxygen, no change bed sheet in 10 days. I had to complains, why there no one know to give him the medication. The nurse check on my father and said he oxygen good is above 95. I said to them called the doctor come to examine my father but the doctor never show up. My sister worry it then called 911 to save my father life. The ambulance take my father to hospital right away and save his life. Don't count on facility care center works. It was the worst facility they never care for patient needed. Don't trust on them. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!

I am a care giver and this is the worst place you can send your loved ones. The staff are horrible and rude. My grandpa was there for a couple months and they were nothing but disgusting to him. No one watches the front desk or doors so that lead to my gpa escaping and no one notices him for hours. We had to find him wandering around the park and the staff acted like it was no big deal. Super unprofessional and none of the staff is trained. I really don’t understand how this place is still running. Please don’t send your loved ones in this drug/booze infested of a “senior living home” that they allegedly claim to be.

My brother Dana lived the last four months of his life in this care center. I will always and forever be grateful for the care that he was given to him during those months! This is by far the absolute cleanest care center/living home I have ever been in. Sure, there is a lot going on and the office staff gets busier than anything, sometimes it may be hard to get a hold of them but there is constantly so much for them to do 24 seven in caring for everyone, getting things done, handing out pills, cleaning, my hats off to everyone of them and all that they do to help try and satisfy the people living here and make their lives better. Thank you thank you thank you to Rashmi Who listened ever so patiently to me the first day I walked in in tears when I was at my wits end trying to find a place to move my brother to when I could no longer care for him. Thank you thank you thank you to Adriana, every nurse attending Dana, everyone that did his laundry or ran his errands for him, gave him his pills, so perfectly mopping his floor and cleaning the bathroom every day! I will be eternally grateful for the wonderful care that you gave him. Five stars is not enough in my rating... God bless each and everyone of you
