The person at the window made me feel...comfortable . And was inclusive imformative and pleasant. Not knowing what to expect and being a somewhat ackward person and having that fish out of water feeling , i was so relieved to have met this kind and understanding person that took care of what i needed to do informed me on what to expect and gave me the fishing report. Ther should be a sixth star for professional compassionate patient people that drop what they are doing to provide seemless service to the first time client at quarter to five on a friday. Yes i am that guy nervious and full of questions and sweat on my brow. Thanks so much for handling me with the kid gloves. God bless you..
