I went here because I'm having health problems and had to take next to no hours at work. I was expecting them to turn me away because I am employed, but they helped me with food and $75 toward my rent. They were very nice and understanding. Just make sure to come prepared with a copy of your lease and your last 2 paychecks if applicable. The only reason I dropped a star is because you have to get there early to wait in line and they make you stand outside even though they have a lobby large enough to seat at least 10-15 people. It was 100 degrees out. People don't need to be standing in that heat. Other than that, a great experience. Thank you CEO!!

They've been helpful in the past, but have become rather rude because I wasn't aware of every policy they had. Then I was accused of being rude for being frustrated and they decided "maybe we just can't help you then." No one comes here because they want to. Being polite to people would go a long way.

The people there were very nice and tried to help anyway they could. The government has them to really stupid things as Government tends to do. You have to wait outside instead of being able to go inside to sit and wait on your number to be served. Which is not their fault, is the government regulations and stuff that's so stupid and when it's cold or very hot is very miserable. It's almost as if the government wants to punish you for needing help.

While I understand that this particular place is notorious for helping those in need, they SPECIFICALLY said to arrive before 15:00, so that they would assist with temporary housing for the night at minimum. Being that the recipients of the assistance were victims of recent domestic abuse situation (1of them being a 5-month old child) we traveled from Rogers, making a 20+ minute trip with no gas, to be told that they would only assist with a first month's rent or deposit. A massive waste of time, gas, and a depletion of hopes and faith in the system that is supposed to help those in need.

Today was my first time visiting and the staff was very welcoming. The lady Cindy that helped me was as sweet as can be and did not make me feel ashamed at all. I would recommend for first timers that you be there before 1:00 because those 25 spots go fast.

This place is a literal miracle, if they can help. They only service ten people a day, and then give out food to 10 people afterwards if you waited. They were handing out checks and information on how to get more help to people practically on the spot. Unfortunately you must live in certain areas. I did not live in a service area, but they gave me some information anyways. The staff was super nice and helpful.
