Made me waste my time by coming for a vaccination they then refused to give to me. Treated me like a criminal though I have a US service record...rude and condescending. Left without vaccination. Weird how you hold the ability to save people, but choose otherwise.

So I didn’t care much about the WIC itself I needed LACTATION SUPPORT. Shelley was assigned to me as a LC. I cannot say enough bad stuff about her. First off when I was pregnant I was eating candy canes all day everyday and mints which we know slows down or stops milk production. At the time I didn’t know, but her being a LC should’ve. I reached out with concerns of my breast not feeling like they were being ready to produce milk. She asked was my breast dark around the areola and said if it’s dark I should be fine. Then sent me video on how to breastfeed. When I came home with my baby I needed support with positioning and latching she sent me a video and told me because I had a c-section my milk supply was low. Terrible. My milk supply was low because I didn’t have baby latched correctly. She ordered me a low grade breast pump without my consent. She then became defensive when I brought my concerns up with her. I’ll be sure to upload my photos of text between us on YELP. We know google hide reviews. This LC was by far the worst and shouldn’t be working with anyone. She’s not resourceful, doesn’t ask enough questions, answer enough questions, isn’t supportive, nor does she do her job. Shelley should quit or be fired. Definitely not for new moms.
