My experience with this company so far has been pretty transparent and on time. Case workers like , Jessica, Kesha and Tresure have been very helpful and patient with explaining the process since it's my first time using this resource. Hopefully my experience continues this way throughout my journey with them. Thanks!

My case is currently in the process of being transferred from one agency to Connections for Children. From the get go the case specialist I spoke to was so helpful, she connected me with Margarita Mejia, the Subsidized Program Supervisor. I cannot say enough good things about Maggie. She has been so kind and communicative with me throughout the transfer process. Not once has she been rude to me, instead she has been so reassuring and helpful through this process. As a new mother and only working member in my family the process of the finding child care felt overwhelming and stressful. I was losing hope I’d never be able to find the child care I needed. Thankfully, Maggie has been so gracious, knowledgeable, and validating all of which have helped the process feel bearable. She has made my experience at Connections for Children positive. I’m so grateful for people like her who recognize the struggle of finding child care and go above and beyond to support people like me. She is incredible, hard working, and truly one of a kind. Thank you Maggie!

Connection for kids deserve 5 plus stars. They are so caring understanding and always willing to help. I never post anything any where but I had to do it after reading some negative reviews. They have help me sooo much yes I understand they have 30 day deadline yes I miss the first time but I did my paperwork again sign again so worth it they help you with funds. We are told about the deadline so if we are not on top of our paper that’s on us. Second time around was quicker. I really felt they understand the needs you are going through and they help you out. I have to say David was my to go person even when he wasn’t in charge of my child’s file or case I would call him for any concern or advice always so quick to answer or return my call. I had to change my son to a different school due to he’s present diagnose David guide me on what to do, who to call for a switch of school and to top it off when I apologize for always calling him he assure me it was not a problem to call me with any questions and if he wasn’t able to help me he would guide me to the right person and he did. I don’t know how to thank this program and staff. Having your child diagnosed with a disability and trying to get him help And finding places are very overwhelming. Paying for day care just adds more stress thank you soooo much for helping me out and getting me a bit of stress out of my back. Amazing service. I could go on and on how much more they help me and my child but just want to say I’m blessed to be able to be part of this program. Thank you and your staff.

It would be nice if the people who work there actually cared about the people they supposed to be helping. Most of my experience with this agency has been difficult at best. The one who was supposed to help was named Jessica. She made promises and agreements that she could not stand by and put my family in a really hard place for months before we recieved any help. It should be a great service to families in need of childcare but you must be prepared to wait months before receiving the help you need.

I applied in January and here it is June and I still have not one referral or placement for my child in need of care. I guess we will wait forever and I’ll have to find a new way to attend college.

I pray to God, for families don’t need this Childcare service. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND LIARS. They don’t know who they hired. And what they are doing. Supervisor Sandra has no empathy. The WORST human being I have seen in my life. False promises, pick and choose who she wants to help, and can’t barely support her arguments. I hope that everything bad they did for each family in need it goes back to them. PLEASE DON’T USE THEIR SEVICE. They treat you like garbage.

I started my case in November and for two months tentatively Brought in all my paperwork that they requested of me even when they request second copies signed all the papers they asked of me and still my son did not start at his school. 4 months later of struggling with child care for work and calling and calling and getting either put on hold for so long I give up and my case worker not returning my calls/ voicemails, I call my case workers supervisor for her to tell me my case has expired because it’s been more than 30 days. I have to go back in again and sign all that paper work again. I’m beyond myself. This place was not helpful to me at all.
