Tested 01-06-2020, this posts date 01-13-2021.. still have not been able to view results. When called for confirmation they will suggest you email. They have not answered emails.
The people organizing and assisting while you are there to take your test, are very nice and friendly. I highly recommend looking a else where.

Increased one more star for the help. In the mean time tested some where else and received the results same day. Without the 2.5 hour line.

It’s been 5 days I haven’t received any results. Don’t waste your time or your insurance money.

Wanted to give you an update. After failing to get my results even after 9 days of original testing dated. I called the number listed on the reside. The recording said I can send a text to that number and an intern would reply me.one day after my text I got. Message saying I was negative then few mins later another message saying I was positive and the previous message was a technical error. This place is not legit. Pls don’t your time.

You in fact do need to book an appt online but it's pretty easy and the actual testing process was fast. Never got my test result by email but you can check the website and your result as stated in your appointment confirmation email.

My MIL stopped by to get tested because your site says no appointments or referrals needed, however you turned her away for not having an appointment. For a site that provides a crucial service during these times, you guys need to provide accurate and reliable information.

Your web site says no appointment but those working in the Covid testing tent said appointment only...No one was there waiting to get tested. They could of easily done the testing , but they turned us away as well as the next car that came by after us. All your information is wrong and needs to be updated. They said it’s only Monday & Wednesday and even on the flyer they gave us said Monday - Thursday .....

I’m so glad the city provides this service so that we can waste 2+ hours of our lives just to not get results. If you’re going to chance it with the hopes of maaaaybe getting results, be sure to download some shows and movies on Netflix.

1 star because 0 isn’t available, but also they deserve at least 1 because I will say they have a good system in which you’re not constantly stopping and going; you park in a line for a while until they are ready for your line of cars. But because you are all sandwiched in with like 6-8 rows of cars, be sure you’re ready to commit to the wait. There’s no going back once you’re in.

Oh and appointment is definitely required despite what this google overview info says.

My son and I were tested on 6/8/2020. To date, we have never received our results. I've sent 3 emails requesting follow up, but recived no replies.

I tested again a few weeks later at Harbor UCLA, and got results back in 3 days (fortunately we were negative).

I make my appointment, when I get there they can't find my name on the list. Still they test me but never get my result. I send emails for how many times, no reply. Going there just wasting your time.
