It’s great they have different facilities to help with the different services they offer. They have friendly staff and convenient locations. The only constant issue with them is incorrect appointments. For example, two different staff will call on the same day and one staffer would confirm Halloween appointment and another staff called to cancel the appointment. Sometimes the other party would cancel the appointment but the agency will not call the resource parent to notify of the cancelled appointment.

It's next to my therapist. The kids are cool though. They are very polite to me. So they must be doing a good job in there. Keep up the good work!! Keep those future superstars on a good path.

Bottom of the barrel. This place is just a scam to make money off of people forced to use supervised exchange facilities. I have used the places across town, and they are superior in every way.

The biggest problem is they are unorganized, when you call you're forced to leave a message with the scheduler 99% of the time. You actually have to get routed through a front desk, then to the scheduler, then leave a message, then hopefully catch the call when they call back. Compare to across town where they answer second ring and are the people scheduling visits.

They lose paperwork. I submitted all paperwork prior to scheduling (which is required) only to have multiple visits with them asking for verification of insurance.

They are not consistent with start times. For about 7 visits they started late. So I started getting there right at the scheduled start time. So then they call me 1 minute till asking if I'm going to be there as if they want to cancel it, saying their policy is to arrive 10 minutes early? Ok. But they start late ..

The place is down right dirty. The noncustodial waiting room is huge with a play area. But the custodial parent area is cramped and incredibly small.

I have been taking my kiddos for a year already. The employees that watch the kids are great and are good with them. They are very attentive and helpful. The management on the other hand is a whole different story. They are rude, liars and do not follow though on what they say they will do. I had been trying to resolve an issue since last month and had left several messages with Lisa and Becky and never had received a call back until today. (weeks later) I did receive a call back from another Supervise, Ivanna at the beginning of October to which she said she would call me back and never did until the end of October to which she said she would have Lisa call me back (another message to her). When I did get a call back from Lisa, she was nothing but rude and disrespectful. She wouldn't let me talk, would cut me off mid sentence and pretty much said what I had originally said to Ivanna was irrelevant. She even tried saying that I was lying about my daughter being sick. Then she started to say that their policies are clear (which they are not). I asked her why they didn't ask me to do what they were now asking a whole month later from the get go and she said that didn't matter.

I would highly recommend looking for another place to have your visits if you are looking. This place is all about business and not about helping out families the families they service. The management will be very rude and condescending. I know I am not the only one that feels this way since when I started taking my kids here I heard others talk about the Management.

Please read the whole thing
I would like to share my thoughts about this place.. at first I didn't like it and most of you will feel the same. True.
People were dry and not too chatty.
After a couple of weeks I realized something about them and the place. They deal with all sorts of people, from different backgrounds, good, bad, gang members? yeah why not.. you could be one so they can't trust you 100% or be too friendly. But they are good people and professionals
After seeing different people and talking with other parents in the waiting room realized that parents that need that place to see their children are frustrated and feel like it's unfair to be there so the experience is not great at first. Then it gets better I promise.
they work every day helping fathers and mothers that for some reason ended up with a court order just like everyone that need supervised visits.. so.
The staff there sits for hours paying attention while parents spend time with their children. They work hard and are humans just like you, and they treat you by how you are just like everyone does.
The place looks dirtier than a home but considering how many people and playful kids use those rooms the place is very comfortable. A big plus is that they have different rooms and every room has a theme. Lego room for kids, air hockey for teens, living room setup to hangout and a more baby oriented spacious room so you can have fun there. Every room has toys and activities and even a TV with DVD. People may complain about not getting a call back right away but big thanks to Ivana (manager) she called me after two days at 730pm.. she stayed after hours.. exactly two and a half hours after work to get me a call, that's passion for work and everyone in there have that. She's professional and very passionate about helping parents, True!
If you need supervised visits know that this place have good and bad. The good is really worth it and the bad is just normal stuff.
I will recommend this place for parent with kids over 1 year old 100%

The staff is fine my issue is with the fact that when you call, you get voice-mail only. It wouldn't be an issue if they were on top of listening to their voice messages and contacting the appropriate parties to notify of the cancelation so to avoid them the hassle of getting the kiddos ready and excited only to have them devastated that their loved one did not show.. I have had this happen to me too many times with CYS.

I hate this place because of their mistakes I didn’t see my kids almost a month ! And to be honest they make it harder every time they see your life getting better they’ll change your schedule and find something to mess it up ! Honestly this place don’t even try to help you that’s just my opinion
And I’m almost at my savings rate to getting a lawyer because this facility is gonna be included in my case . Because of this awful place and them not helping leaving me feeling helpless was one of my reasons I’ve attempted suicide! Sad isn’t it
