I originally came to Compassionate Service Group to learn and practice meditation to better manage stress and balance work and life. Since then, I became actively involved as a volunteer in many Compassionate Service Society activities, ranging from charity to Taichi classes and spiritual retreats that are offered to the community. I have met many good friends and learned many valuable lessons which I have shared with my relatives and others in my circle of affinity. I highly recommend that you attend one of their free integral Taichi and meditation class to experience it yourself.

Compassionate Service Society has been my second home, spiritually and in every other aspect. I was first introduced to the group over 15 years ago, and Thay Hang Truong has been my guiding light and anchor all these years.
