From the moment my nephew was transferred here following his stroke, the warmth and professionalism of the staff were evident. Everyone, from the nurses to the administration, seems to truly enjoy their work. A special thank you to the social worker, VICTORIA —her dedication and kindness went above and beyond, helping our family navigate this challenging journey with ease and compassion. We are immensely grateful for her support. She is a true blessing and a gem in this community. Also, a big thank you to the facility director, Bender, who was always ready to listen and assist in any way possible. Thank you all for making such a difference during our time of need.

My dad was transferred here in December 2023 due to stroke. Staff members has been great with care of my dad and able to answer any questions I had right away. Facility is always clean and well taken care of. I appreciate everyone from CNA to upper management for making any kind of accommodation we needed to help my dad recover. He’s definitely going on the right track and hopefully with this type of care we are able to take dad home soon.

My husband is currently receiving care in this facility and the nurses are very caring and always attend to patients. I’ve never had any issue, my husbands bed wound is healing better than what it was when he was in the hospital. They are constantly turning patients and checking them, giving meds and whatever else they may need. I’m thankful my husband was able to get a bed in this facility. I love the visiting, they let you stay longer and if you are from out of town they may accept you to stay longer with your loved one. The social worker Victoria is amazing and always helps in every way she can. Updated as of 7/9/24 care at this facility is still amazing and as my husband continues to heal and fight, he still continues to receive the best care. Thank you

My brother suffered a diffuse brain injury (likely caused by stroke) back in May and we were transferred to CSTC in July. My family has nothing but good words and appreciation for the staff and medical professionals at this care facility. We are grateful for the care my brother is receiving and very appreciative of the availability and willingness of medical staff to respond to our concerns and requests. We have been at my brother's side just about every day since his injury and can honestly say we feel blessed that he is receiving care at CSTC.

Nephew was transferred here from CRMC. Staff is friendly and facility is clean. Spoke with respiratory specialist and his response was the facility is properly staffed and maintained. This is transitional and hopefully after therapy our nephew will be able to come home. From the experience visiting the staff tends to patient needs very well.

The staff there was really good with my dad while he was there in the facility. My dad was there for couple of years bcz of COVID was going on and the nurses were very caring, respectful, and kind. I would like to give a shout out to Victoria G….she went out and beyond for my dad to make sure he felt safe and feel like he was home away from home. Victoria helped my family through the whole process to get him home and healthy. We are very grateful that we had the opportunity to meet a wonderful caring individual that truly care for the patients. Thank you victoria G!!!!
