This is a great step down from a mental hospital. The staff here are very supportive, attentive and friendly. There's a lot more freedom, especially when coming from a place like San Jose Behavioral Health. There are many things to do here like play cards, sing karaoke, food prep, do cardio, stretch, and you're allowed your electronic devices like cell phones, tablets, and computers. Be aware that you do have to do chores and be more independent. Over all, I'm enjoying my stay here, and I'm sure others will as well.

A great crisis residential unit. The staff is excellent and really seem to care about their clients. The food is also good. The only problem I have is that there's only 5 designated smoke breaks per day and they keep your cigarettes locked up.
Other than that, it's a great facility.
