I called the number listed online 7/30/24 starting @ 12:45 at least 10 times. The person on the other line never said hello. The kept hanging up in my face or laying it down on the desk.

I'm calling the BBB on this place why are you selling expired food this is supposed to be a food bank ! And also you have horrible customer service people are starving do the right thing !

This food bank/ grocery store is a godsend. Greg, the brains behind the operation, is a wonderful, generous human being. You can get everything here and they'll throw in a bunch of freebies and tell you just $40. I got a huge box of food, meats, cheese, a case of soda, breads, desserts. Can't do that at Ralph's!

No, the 5 star reviews aren’t fake! Just because you had a bad experience doesn’t mean everyone had! I come here to shop for ground beef and they have grass fed organic packets, sometimes bison. Amazing!! Never had anyone get sick! And I choose what I put in my cart! If you don’t want expired stuff, then choose what you put in the cart, and read the expiration dates! Jesus, people are spoiled and entitled!! I see complaints that 50-60% of the food in the cart was expired- well then choose your own shi* and put it in the cart! I pay about $40 for like 20 lbs of organic, grass fed ground beef/bison - who can beat THAT!? This place is AWESOME!! Thank you, guys! Oh and idk Whatta heck is going on about Russians or whatever employees behaving badly at this store- everyone has always been very friendly and nice to me- because I am polite and kind to everyone. Perhaps look in the mirror and check your own attitudes before accusing these people of bad behavior! Imagine the kind of people they have to deal with all day long! I wouldn’t be surprised if sometimes they have just had enough! Anyway… I so appreciate this food bank and the nice folks working there!! Thank you guys so so much!!

So I really don't know were to begin I have gone there 3 times. The first time I went I paid $34.00 for food most of them I had to threw it away do to expectation dates were past do. I got like 5 boxes of food. Then I went the next month and paid a different price and got less food. I really don't do the fruit and vegetables do to they are bad. The last time I was their. You know need to buy a member Ship card for $10.00 pluse I got less food and this time I was only gove 2 boxes of food and paid $73.00 this time I had to threw like 60 % of what I got. I really don't know if sue was busy making other boxes for customers or should I say client's but I was not happy. I understand we all have financial problems and that is why we come here. But I really not need to get sick eating expired food. We are all bless to have this store in our neighborhood. But know my family will not eat my food.

Unfortunately I have a less than positive review for this place. Even though it is advertised inside the store that the price for a cart is $38, no prices are listed anywhere. When it came time to pay, I was racially profiled. She looked at me and told me that my cart contents came to $116. I attempted to pay with my EBT card and I was told that it was "No good here". This left me having to come up with over a hundred dollars for near expiring goods that saved me absolutely nothing. I wanted to cry. That's a lot of money when your income is nearly nil.

I send out a warning. This place is a scam. All of the products are donated. This place does not help people equally. There is no reason to be taken advantage of. Go elsewhere.
