Absolutely! HORRIBLE these people are nothing but the middleman case workers change every 6 months the support is not there these people are money hungry and do the bare minimum for their clients time to move on.

Caseworkers say they send you emails & they dont. So they lie.

Your caseworker changes every 2/3months.

They will miss your zoom meetings & your kid will be kicked out of therapy til you hunt down sylvia brooks or find out who your caseworker is now,

The caseworkers give zero help with any programs like evaluations, ins covered briefs, SSD, aba therapy - you do it yourself.

-they want to come into your home & do meetings, when you tell them you'll come into the office - they insist on zoom meetings

Then when you ask Sylvia Brooks to speak with CEO Annette Downey - Sylvia says she doesn't have Annette's phone number & tells you she will send her an email on your behalf.

***** Now I HAVE to deal with these people for my daughter to get therapy. These people are pointless middlemen.*****

Detroit integrated health network is who I complained to after waiting 10months for my daughter to get into therapy & a man got my daughter an intake appointment for gateway 1 week later..... It took him 3 minutes to set it up!!!

2 months into therapy, my daughter is making huge progress, she gets kicked out because of cls caseworker issues.

This is so frustrating I'm in tears writing this review. I wish Annette Downey would reach out to me

Another thing I don't like- who are they hiring? Is CLS doing background checks? There's like 5 people who have had access to our social sec numbers, birthdates, address

All Sylvia Brooks says is they can't keep caseworkers, moving on,

"Moving on, moving on" I'm trying to tell her my issues & she just says we're moving on?! They can't keep people employed

I have been with CLS since 2005 and have had excellent treatment for my son and I. the only thing I had a problem with was the constant switching of caseworkers and not even bothering to tell the parent/guardian. The only way you find out is when there is a meeting due or you call your old worker and they say they are no longer available. If the person leaving could call the caregivers to inform them and say I don't know who is taking my place that would be helpful and appreciated.

They have provided great services for my son but recently I am unhappy with the services they have provided. In the last 3 years they have switched out case worker several times because they are Unable to provide descent work conditions, we lost 2 really great case workers because they can't seem to hold onto staff. Now we have a case worker that doesn't even show up for our meetings.

Very bad, whenever I have needed help I did it all myself, never got help from them. When I would try to reach them they dont even answer for days, after many, many phone calls and emails and voicemails. Terrible

I was a client of this agency but I resigned because they are not helpful and they insult the clients and everything they say is a lie and they don't keep promises and the building are not clean and and management is lazy and they never do their job and everytime they have meetings they want us to sign paperwork but never do nothing and I had a staffer that was lazy and didn't do her job. DONT REGISTER WITH THIS AGENCY

I’ve tried to reach Beverly Davis on 6/28 7/6 7/27 7/31 8/5 9/14 9/22 and 10/6 as a support coordinator she’s doing nothing yet this agency submit billing to the state and for what ?
