Paid $80 for a rental application and couldn't even get the courtesy of a return phone call. Several unanswered calls later, it's now been over a week.

Update Edit: I appreciate the refund and it is true most companies would not provide this courtesy (my animal is a support animal, but, meh. We've decided to buy at this point). Still would have liked a phone call.

My husband and I applied for a rental. We paid $80 for the application fees. Then, after a week and a half, emails, and phone calls we have yet to hear if our application was accepted or not. Considering they had no problem taking our money a courtesy call saying yes or no would have been nice.
After one month, they still didn't return calls.
